Elastic knit top covered in sequin tube top with arm straps. To be worn with high waisted style pants or skirt; and will be like a half top. Trick is to prevent rubbing at under arm from the sequin - remove the area of sequins to fit your liking if rubbing against that area and causing discomfort as top is fully sequined. Will most likely ride above belly button area depending on your body top. Vintage sequins are much better made than modern.
