Great navy shift - day to evening with high naru style collar and bell sleeve. Hand embroidered trim at sleeve down the front and around the collar. Metal zipper back with eye hook top closure at collar. Most likely hand made. Colorful embroidery in yellow and orange collars in a floral pattern.
Measures: no more than 38" at bust, sleeve from top of shoulder 20 3/4" with 7 1/2" opening at cuff. 36" hip and from top of collar to hem down back is 40 1/2".
